I started my entertainment career as a radio DJ while still a teenager. I hosted radio shows and worked as a club DJ in various cities around the country before coming to Western Colorado as “Merlin in the Morning” on Q-FM radio in 1985.  I had the pleasure of entertaining early risers with one of the most popular morning radio programs in the history of Western Colorado Radio.

Having entertained thousands of people at hundreds and hundreds of events over the years, has enabled me to become one of the most experienced DJ entertainers in the entire US. Every client gets the benefit of many years of experience..and I continue to try to raise the bar as a wedding event design company owner.

In addition to event production and DJ work, I have performed as the lead trumpet player for the Grand Junction Centennial Band, performed with the Glenwood Springs Orchestra, is current lead trumpet for the Sentimental Journey Band in Grand Junction, and is also stage manager for the Community Concerts of the Grand Valley.  My experience as a dance instructor adds one more facet to my knowledge bank.  Most DJ's, unless they have actual dance experience, don't know the difference between a Merengue'  and the Macarena.   I love what I do, and I treat every client as if it were a privilege to be chosen to work with them…because it is.  A wedding day, an anniversary, birthday, or any type of celebratory event is a benchmark day in someone's life, and I take my part in it very seriously.
